STEP 1: Use the drop-downs to select your table specs, quantity and shipping zone to calculate your table List Price and Net Freight.
STEP 2: Download the Order Spec (table image + specs) and Approval Drawing and fill in your finishes where indicated and sign / date it.
STEP 3: Attach the above to your PO document and email to orders@prismatique.com
