Our designers, fabricators, and engineers are deeply honored to have Engaged selected from a broad field of submitted products and projects. It is a reflection of the care and craftsmanship that Prismatique puts into all of its products to be recognized by the design industry at NYCxDESIGN.
As office table specialists, Prismatique's focus makes product development an everyday process on our factory floor in Toronto, Canada. However, for the Engaged collection, the company worked with an outside designer for the first time in the firm's 42 year history, Ron Fiegenschuh.
"While we customize tables daily, we felt it necessary to find fresh eyes outside the company to broaden our design reach and client base. We looked for an individual with an industrial design skillset, office table design experience and familiarity with Prismatique. As a commercial interior designer in Washington, DC for many years, Ron knew us well: we customized product for him many times, which required him to visit our head office and factory. He came to fully understand our culture, our engineering strength and our ability to work seamlessly with many different materials. Ron became part of our Prismatique family and so it was a natural step to ask him to take us beyond where we were and create a table collection to reach a broader client base. His vision put us on the path to ENGAGED," says Kevin Munroe, VP, Sales & Marketing

Part of the beauty of the Engaged collection is that in addition to its modular design, it can be customized with complete material freedom, which gives designers a full spectrum of both aesthetic and price point choices. The Engaged collection comes in five heights, from 18" to 42", and in any combination of base and top options.
